February 8, 2019 Notice:
Please be advised that resident processing fees for ACH will be changing as of March 12, 2019. On that date, the updated processing fees will be reflected automatically in your portal. The new ZEGO fees will be as follows:
- $3.95 processing fee per ACH transaction (when incurred by Resident)
Please note:
- All fees other than those noted above will remain unchanged.
- Residents who have enrolled in ACH auto-payments prior to the pricing change date of March 12, 2019, will be grandfathered in to the existing rates. These residents will not be impacted by the new processing fees until/unless a change is made to their auto-recurring setup after the change effective date.
